can't urinate normally

I am an Israeli guy, 42 years old, living in Holland. Since 15 years I can't urinate normally and have to catheterize myself 5 times a day. I tried the neurostimulator, but unfortunately it doesn't work with me. What can I do in order to be able to urinate normally again. The cause of the problem is unknown. I think that my bladder has gotten too big 15 years ago when the problem started because I did not go to the doctor immediately. Please help! Uzi .

hi uzi! unfortunately self catheterisation is still the best thing/ another alternative would be to operate and make the urine flow continuously into a bag i would recommend the catheterisation all the best Dr. Singer
