Pain while urinating

I'm a 26 years old male, traveling in India. For the past couple of days I had pains (not sever ones yet) while urinating. I suspect maybe urinary infection (but I really don't know) Should I take Ciprogis? How can I know this is realy the problem? No un-safe sex was performed.

Hi Gil in India! The best way to know is to have a urine test if possible/ Otherwise I suggest' under the circumstances you bette take an antibiotic to be on the safe side/ If the test is negative then you don"t need anything/ Have a nice trip Dr/ Singer
