sperm count results

i did a test and i got this results general: 1.5 abstinence 3 days ph: 7.5 viscosity normal agglutination no wbc: 4*10^a/ml round cells: 0*10^a/ml sperm count: total count 26*10 ( 6) /ml motile cells: 6*10 (6 ) / ml motility 23% prog motile : 4* 10 (6) / ml prog. mot : 15% type of motility: medium abnormal cells : 75% all the rest are appearing with no nombers and just with the "%" sign in addition, im a 20 y.o. soldier. i had a hernia cergory befor two mounths, and now i analized with varicocelle in my right testical. with a hope for your fast and caulmming answer
