malpractic suits and alternative medicine

Dear Sir: I am looking for information on malpractice suits and alternative medicine. I would like to know which types of alternative medicine are more susceptible to malpractice suits and which are the least susceptible - two or three of each kind is enough.I would also like to know where I can get more information on the subject.
