Gore Bladder

I'm 29 years old & ususally in good health. The doctors diagnosed that I have stones in my gore bladder. On my first ultra sound exam they said that I have 2 big stones in the middle of the gore bladder. On the second Ultrasound exam I was told that I have one big stone on the gore bladder entrance, blocking it & few small ones. Does it change the need for the surgery? Can the laparoscopic method be used & how is it done? What can be the risks of such an operation? how many days will I need for full recovery? Can I avoid the need of an opeartion by eating less fat and keeping strict diet? What can be the uotcome or risk if I will decide not to go through this surgery?
