hi yael, thanks for bringing this to here. I cannot really advise you which one to take. they are all different, AND like anything, the longer AND more involved the course, the closer to the IBCLC exam it will bring you. That is what I think. So even if you are not going to go for the exam, it is good to prepare for it. We, as IBCLC's are trying to make this credential the minimum standard, AND it is tough. but again, this is something that you have to decide taking cost, amount of time AND any factor you think is relevant for you. sorry I can't be cut AND dry about this. It also depends on what you think you will do with it afterwards. ellen
