חופשה+"הנקה מרחוק"

שלום, יש לי ילש בן שנה ותשעה חודשים ובת בת חודשיים. אני מניקה את הבת . רצתי לשאול האם זה אפשרי לצאת לחופשה עם הבן לשלושה ימים ולהקפיא חלב לתקופה זו? איך עושים זאת? האם לאחר תקופה זו היא תרצה לינוק?

hi gali many moms ask me this question. the biggest problem in leaving a newborn is NOT what OR how to feed them, but LEAVING them at this age. To them it is like netisha. They have no concept of time AND leaving a newborn is probably more risky from a rigshit point of view than from a nutritional point of view. In all cases there is no guarantee that the baby will go back to the breast, AND in most cases the mothers have decided to take the babies with them. You will be alot more calm AND relaxed than leaving the newborn, wondering all the time if she is okay, AND worrying about expressing milk because no doubt you will be engourged, your su;pply will get smaller, because you will be stimiulating less, AND again, you are compromising your little ones health. Is it worth it? Maybe yes, but this is only for you to decide. at this age, she is the easier to travel with. she only needs to be in a minsah, not much more. good luck. ellen
