שימוש בכדורי ברזל

עקב התפתחות אנמיה קלה עליי לקחת כדורי ברזל במינון גבוה. יש לי תינוק בן 3 שב' ויונק מלא. האם הדבר עלול להשפיע על מערכת העיכול שלו, כי לי הברזל עושה עצירות די משמעותית, גם לאחר החלפת מספר סוגים של כדורים. האם מותר לי להשתמש בשמן פרפין כאשר אני מניקה? שאלה נוספת: התינוק יונק יפה ולעיתים תכופות, עולה במשקל (300 גרם בשבוע אחרון) אבל הפטמות שלי כואבות (ללא סדקים או כל סימן אחר). מה ניתן לעשות? תודה מראש על תשובתך.
