דם מהפיטמה

אני בשבוע 31 וכשאני לוחצת על הפיטמה יוצא לי (סליחה על התיאורים הפלסטיים) מרוב חורי החלב חומר שקוף כזה (כנראה התחלה של חלב) ומשני חורים יוצא לי דם. לא יודעת אם יש קשר אבל אני מטופלת בקלקסן 40 מ"ג עקב יתר קרישת דם. אני מפחדת שכשארצה להניק לא אוכל בגלל הדם, האם קרה למישהי ???

hi or, I don't know why you would have blood coming out at this time. This you might ask your doctor. regarding the fluid, this is colostrum' a highly concentrated first milk, which the baby will receive, lots of protein AND antibodies. Blood is a bodily fluid that even if a bit scary to look at, does nothing to harm the baby. Some women experience bleeding nipples due to trauma from the baby not latching on properly, but are advised to continue nursing but to get help with the positioning of the baby. So, don't worry, you will be able to breastfeed successfully. שלום, אני בן 29 ובשבוע שעבר במהלך מסיבה יצא לי דם משתי הפיטמות בחזה. מה יכול להיות הסיבה לכך? אני לפני נסיעה לחו"ל (בשבוע הבא), האם הברור חייב להעשות בהקדם או שזה יכול להדחות לאחרי החזרה לארץ?האם ניתן לקיים יחסי מין, או שהדבר (דם מהפיטמות) יכול לסכן את בת זוגתי? בתודה מראש, חזי
