taking medicine

Hi, I visited homeopath and he recommended to me to take" bifidophilus flora force" Is it OK for nursing mother? What is general recommendation about taking medicine- "trufot", one doctor says that it is permitted for nursing mother and other says not for the same things ( In my case I asked about tarocidin - drops for eyes. (sorry I don't have hebrew fonts) Thanks
