Advice while travelling!

Hi, I'm on holiday abroad and after my period was late in two weeks I did 2 pregnant test and both came up positive. i feel noxious , strong sensitivity for smells. But I'm concerned about my lower stomach that every couple of hours hurts from the inside. Should I do a medical examination here or it's a common thing? Appreciate your help

any pain in pregnancy deserves a gynecological axamination.
