Nitroglycerin AND Miralax

Dear Doctor, I just found out that I'm pregnant. I conceived two weeks ago AND during these two weeks I took a rectal Nitroglycerin ointment 0.2% twice a day AND Miralax once a day. I used these for constipation AND anal fissures. I took these while thinking that I'm not pregnant but now I'm concern that these may cause birth defects. I'll appreciate getting your opinion. Thank you
