dr yefet shalom i asked you about the cuantity of folic acid i must take. here, in argentina, sail 1 miligram do i have to take one pild of 1 miligram everyday OR do i have to slit it in two? t couse u told me to take 400 microgram waiting for your answer thank you gabriela

This is a little more than double the recommended dose in Israel. It may be OK if u take it AND not split it. if level of vitamib B 12 is OK.
