I dont recommend purging. Its very unhealthy AND physically damaging for your body. These tips are for those of you who are already living with mia. Good Purging Foods water (always try to drink water when you're binging, makes purging easier all around) ice cream frozen yogurt soup (especially cream-based without too many pieces OR spices) juices, smoothies, shakes almost any bread-type product if it's taken with plenty of fluids bananas, other soft fruits yogurt well-cooked soft vegetables, especially green beans oatmeal if it's made with a little extra liquid macaroni AND cheese Noodles Bad Purging Foods anything spicy (!no kidding! hurts like hell, especially up the nose) apples (they get stringy AND fibrous AND brown) chocolate (mostly because it tastes so bad coming back up) meat, especially beef OR tough large pieces (you can choke on these) anything swallowed in chunks (always chew well) almost any bread-type product taken without fluids (becomes a solid starchy mass) potato, rice, cooked grains (see bread-type products) anything with small sharp pieces, like popcorn OR chips (can cut OR get stuck) nuts raw crunchy vegetables People say dairy because it tastes sour coming back up oranges AND grapefruit are horrible coming back up. Not only because of the acidity, but also, they can easily get stuck due to the rubbery skin in which the pulp is incased. If you do eat oranges OR grapefruit, always try to eliminate as much of the skin as possible! Salad with dressing is horrible to purge, some say
