polidctyly of the foot

first of all i'm sorry i'm writing in english... no hebrew support on my computer. my child was born with extra tow in this foot . in english it cald POLIDACTYLY OF THE FOOT. everyone explain me that this is not a serias cergeray, but still it's a cergary. i woud be gradfull if you can tell me a little bit about this and if you recomend someone for this king of cergery. thank you p.s - you can writh in hebrew i can read it.
