Metatarsus Varus

Hi, my duaghter is 2 years old, in my recent visit to Israel I saw an orthoped because she puts too much pressure on her toes when she walks. In his examinasion the doctor diagnosed mild bilateral metatarsus varus + tibial introsion and flatfoot bilateral planovalgus. He told us that the flatfoot might solve itself by the age of 3. About the other things he showed us how to do massage and said we can get straight instep shoes. As I understand this is also supposed to solve itself hopfully. (she only walks freely in the past 6 months). The orthoped said the shoes may not help and from reading on the net I understand it's not much in use anymore. Now I am confused should I buy her this shoes or not? thank you very much, Hadar
