sick all the time

hi i'm sorry i cant write in hebruw, somthings wrong with my computer i hope my missspals are stiil readuble.... i have a small probleme thats macking my life harder... every time i'm exposed to dast i get sick: my throt hurt AND swollo i have truble swoloing i feel a heat all over me AND generaly i feel like i got the flue. the last time it happend was yestarday at my new dasty job- the laibrery and i still feel very sick AND have troble speaking what i want to know is if there are wways to solve this king of probleme in y? i mean netural ways not medication wich dosnt work (maybe becouse i have sensitivity to them two/? i'm starting a long treatment that includes:notoropatia reflecsologia AND dicor sini... and i forgot to asked them about alergy... soulde i add another tretment? and anothere thing i did an alegy tast that showd i have no alergy wich is realy wired becouse my reaction to dast isnt normal as you can see....what thous it mean? thaks dana
