somting in my mucells

hello i am travelin in S. America for the last 3 munths last week i was at the Pantanal which is in the border between Brazil and Bolivia area with alot of animels of all kinds especelly mosqitos and thier "freinds" . since the day that i returned from there (3 days) i have somting wird with my both TEOMIM musells when i am looking at them i can see that they are allways moving somting like small waves (GALIM) its dosent hert at all and besaid this i feel quit good four days ago i did 3 hours hours riding (its was my first time) and i dont know if its have to do with that or somting eals i am now in Bolivia and theres no good hospital around is there somting i need to do? thank you tal
