Medial meniscus tear UNS

Hi Dr Assa Lev-All I developed a pain in my knee during training. The otheopedic specialist diagnosed "Medial Meniscus Tear UNS" and sent me for an MRI. Can you tell me what the UNS means? Thanks David

Thank you. What aspect is unspecified? Does this mean that the location and severity are unspecified and that these can be expected to be revealed in the MRI? Oh, I am so worried I wont be able to run again. Assuming this is a meniscus tear - are there any chances that it will heal? Thanks David
