bad pain

Dr. Aryeli Shalom I am 58 years old AND I have a problem that has been escorting me for a few months. Every time after sex OR even with arousal ( after ejaculation) ,2-3 hous later I experience pain in the pelvis AND above one of the testicles as well as around the rectum. These pains are putting me out of function , I can not stand, walk OR sit . The top of the testicle becomes very painful AND sensitive AND I feel the need to go often to the bathroom. The urination flow becomes very thin AND I urinate only partially ,a little bit at a time. It takes about a day until the(pain goes away. I am in follow-up treatmeny for about 4 years for BPE Benign Prostae Enlargement) . (A biopsy checkup stated that the cell. is OK ). I received heating treatment for an enlarged prostate which is called microwave treatment which helped me with the urine flow AND I don't know if this treatment has to do with the pain I am experiencing now that I described above. The pain started approximately two AND a half years after the treatment. 46.Last PSA results 2 Prostate size 32cc US AND Cat Scan AND endoscopy are all normal. MRI the impression is as follows: no MR evidence of jaculatory duct obstuction , 5 mm midline prostate cyst possibly related to mullerian duct OR utricle. BPH.Foci of relatively low t2 signal in peripheral zone . Non specific in etiology: correlation with serum PSA AND physical exam is recommended. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. dear chaim. first of all sory about my english, but i'll try to do my best to tell you my story which almost similar to your's. after visiting doctors, tests, antibayotics i visit profesor AND he wrote me ABITREN 25 for one month. i'll finish the peels in some days. but i can tell you that from a one week from taking the peels the pain disappear like magic AND i can engoy sex as before. shon
