medical problem in thailand

hello!! im in thailand on vacation. about 3 days ago i noticed a lump really close to my anus. the lump is getting bigger and now its about the suze of a shekel (2-2.5 cm diameter). the lump is very very tender but it doesnt hurt so much, just some burning sensation. i would really appreciate it if youll tell me what it is and how can i treat it. thanks in advanced! asaf
