Abdominal Ultrasound

שלום רב, אני בת 52 גרה בלוס אנג'לס ולפני ימים ספורים עשיתי בדיקה על שם ה"נושא" והתוצאות הן: The visualized pancreas is unremarkable. The tail the pancreas was incompletely visualized secondary to bowel gas. The liver measures approximately 14.2 cm in length at the right mid clavicular level. The liver is mildly increased in echogenicity secondary to underlying fatty infiltration of the liver. There is lobulated cyst within the posterior right lobe of the liver which has partial separations AND measures approximately 2.3 x 1.5 x 2.1 cm in size. The portal vein demonstrates normal directed flow AND the liver surface appears smooth. There is no evidence of any intrahepatic OR extrahepatic biliary duct dilation. The common duct measures approximately 4.4 mm in AP dimension. The gallbladder appears normal. There is no evidence of any gallstones, pericholecystic fluid OR gallbladder wall thickening. No sonographic Murphy's sign was present. The left kidney measures 10.5 cm in length AND the right kidney measures 10.9 cm in length. The kidneys appear normal in size, shape AND echogenicity. There is no evidence of any hydronephorsis OR shadowing renal calculi within either kidney. Cysts are visualized within the left kidney. The largest cyst is exophytic off the left upper pole measuring 2.9 x 1.9 x 2.4 cm in size. There is also a cyst within the left lower pole measuring 9 x 7 mm in size containing milk of calcium posteriorly AND a cyst within the left mid pole measuring 9 x 9 x 8 mm in size also containing milk of calcium. The visualized spleen is normal-appearing measuring 9.5 cm in length. Impression: 1. No evidence of gallstones 2. Fatty infiltration of the liver with a 2.3 cm lobulated mildly complex cyst with partial separations in the posterior right lobe of the liver. Recommend 6-month follow-up interval ultrasound to ensure stability. 3. Left renal cyst. The largest is simple appearing measuring 2.9 cm in size. Two small subcentimeter cysts, both measuring 9 mm, one in the mid pole AND one in the lower pole of the left kidney both contain milk of calcium AND are minimally complex AND can be reevaluated on the 6-month follow-up ultrasound. בנוסף, הלכתי לבדיקת גם ואמרו לי שהכל תקין. ידוע לי שכבר 9 שנים יש לי ציסטה גם בשחלה וגם בכליה. לאחרונה נודע לי שיש לי גם בכבד. בעבר היה לי חיידק בקיבה אבל בזכותך עבר לי. האם אני צריכה לעשות משהו בנידון? האם זה משהו שצורך דאגה? הרופא אמר לי לעשות בדיקת סי.טי בבטן ובאגם היריכיים אבל השאלה שלי האם זה הכרחי לעבור את הבדיקה הזאת מכיוון שאין לי ביטוח רפואי וזה מאוד יקר. תודה רבה מראש, רפאלה
