spitting blood

good evening i have a few things to ask 1. i spit blood a day ago, a small amount of fresh blood less than one cm. 2 I went to the hospital AND the blood test was fine po2 86,pco2: 40 bp 113/65 p78 no fever AND they said that for sure it is not embolia.im young 30 years old i dont smoke AND i had a cold for a week without fever but with coughing. negativ TBC test.in the xray they found enlargement of the poulmonaryvein AND they siad something about the right side of the heart. today i had bronhoscopy AND the result will be ready only on monday. till now i got acetylcysteinum AND a kind of antibiotics so if you could help me with your knowlage ps i can read also hebrew just on the keyboard i dont have cause im abroad thank you a lot AND i still spit a bit of blood once in AND hour

אני רואה שעברת בירור די מקיף. עניין הלב הימני לא ממש ברור לי (וריד ריאתי גדוש יכול לרמז על בעיה כלשהי בלב אבל בלי אקו לב לא תהיה לי תשובה לזה). מאד ייתכן שיריקת הדם מקורה בזיהום בדרכי הנשימה שעברת לאחרונה. תמתין לתשובת הברונכוסקופיה, ונקווה שהכל יהיה בסדר. דרך אגב, נבדקת על ידי רופא אף אוזן גרון? לפעמים דימום מאיזור האף גם יכול להתבטא ביריקת דם.
