nephrotic syndrom

Something is wrong and I can't write in Hebrew in my processor so I'll write in English,hope it is o.k, with you. Anyway, my brother was diagnosed with nephrotic syndrom. I was wondering if there is any supporting/treatment center for this desease. I also hoped there could be someone in Israel who could answer several questions I have. Thank you Orit
