כדור חדש?

אני סובל קצת מדיכאון. הייתי אצל מטפל ומאבחן נפשי והמליץ לי לקחת רמוטיב בכדורים מישהו מכיר? ממליץ? אמרו לי שזה טבעי. מזה בדיוק?

רמוטיב, או באנגלית Remotiv תכשיר שמכיל את הצמח St.johns' wort, או בשמו המקצועי Hypericum Perforatum.לצמח תכונות אנטי דיכאוניות ידועות הצמח נבדק במספר מחקרים ויעילותו הוכחה מתווה כקו ראשון לטיפול בדיכאון קל עד בינוי יעיל כמו SSRI ו- TCA פרופיל בטיחות גבוה- פחמות תופעות לוואי לעומת התרופות ממשפחת ה-SSRI/ TCA התרופה אינה מצריכעה מרשם רפואי. ניתן להשיג אותה גם בקופ"ח מכבי, מאוחדת ולאומית. אולם אני ממליץ להידבק להוראות הבאות: 1. בכל מקרה ממליץ על מעקב רפואי ומישהו שיש לו ניסיון במתן צמח זה 2. ממליץ לא לשלב עם תרופות אחרות. במידה ואתה נוטל תרופות אחרות חובה להיוועץ ברופא טרם התחלת הטיפול בתרופה זו. שילוב עם תרופות מסויימות יכול להיות מסוכן מאוד מי שמתעניין בצמח ורופצה לקרוא עליו: American Herbal Pharmacopoeia AND Therapeutic Compendium.
