hi there, i have been to Nepal for 50 days and then thailand for 10 days and now i am in Melbourne Australia i have a kind of diareha for the last 20 days, it is on and off, and the stool is soft altough it is not liquidy. i went to a stool test at bangkok, they found white and red cells, so the doctor gave me tizidole (fasyign ) to take 2 grams for 3 days. but today the 3 days have passed and the situation seems even worse. what to do ? what is it ? Omer, I am sure there are good doctors, Gastroenerologists, I Melbourne/ I sugest you go and see one. I hope you have a good medical inssurance for your trip... you might have cauht some infection in Nepal or Thailand, but it can't be diagnosed from here on the net... Good luck and feel better.
