i cicked before 4 years ago i can't see difrent when i "'m in diet or not i always stay in 50 k"g area if you can tell me what to do i would like to i wright it know because i out of isr i'm in u.s.a and it's so hard to eat on diet out of my house speciol that i eat outsode all the day thanks anyway tomer

Tomer, It is hard to eat out when you have a strict diet to keep, and that is true for every diet, not just one for Caliac. This is one of the prices we pay for living in a world where time is money and everything is fast. even food. you have to decide, that your health is more important than other things, and give your health the time it needs. take food from home with you, find places that serve food you can eat and so on. take care and good luck.
