קיבה עצבנית (IBS)

im 22 years old. after suffering for along time from chronic diyeriya and stomek aiking, and lost my apetite, I did all kinds of blood and other tests which didnt show any kind of phisical problem. lately I was diagnosed, after a gastrologia + antrologia tests, with IBS. reading metrial about this syndrom made me realise that this suits my problam, beacause phisicaly all the tests i did showed i didnt have any problam. but there is one symptom I suffered from, which I didnd find or heard anywhere about its conection to IBS - for the last year (which have been very stressfull) i had several ocations of loosing conchens for a few seconds, my blood presure became wrealy low, and the incidences looked very like apilepsia (i also had CT and EEG tests that prove i dont have apilepsia or any brain disorder). my question is: does fading out can be a symptom of IBS??? thank you.

There is at the moment no physician moderating this forum I have never heard of anyone who fainted from IBS alone There may be an underlying cause for your symptoms which has nothing to do with the IBS Maybe you should take all your results and try and consult a good specialist in internal medicine Try also the רפואה פנימית forum
