worms

I have a 2-year-old daughter she is not sleeping well at nights and have been complaining about stomachaches. Someone suggested she might have worms. She can't tell me exactly but she says she has "kaki" even when she doesn't. I read in a book that the worms are more active at night and that's why I'm thinking maybe she's in pain at night. I tried to eliminate everything, hunger, thirst pain, etc. I haven't seen the worms but I haven't seen her "kaki" in the last few days. I can read e-mail in Hebrew but I don't have a "mikledet" in Hebrew. Thanks, Gali

הי יצא קצת מבולבל אך אם הבנתי נכון לבתך כאבי בטן בעיקר בלילה ולא ראית תולעים אך גם לא ראית יציאה בימים האחרונים אכן תולעים גורמות לחוסר נוחיות גרד וכאב בעיקר בלילה אז הן פעילות יותר - אם יש מזל אפשר לראות אותן מטיילות סביב פי הטבעת או בצואה (הן נראות כמו חוטים לבנים באורך כחצי ס"מ) כמו כן עצירות גורמת לכאבי בטן ותתכן החמרה מחזורית אפשר לתת טיפול נגד תולעים גם ללא בדיקה אם יש חשד סביר לכך אבל התרופות הינן במרשם רופא
