Endometrial polyp--answers in Hebrew are O.K----

I'm 29 has a 3 y.o trying to get pregnant again for 7 months ,no success -- on recent TRANSABDOMINAL AND TRANSVAGINAL U.S Polyp measuring 1.04x0.52x0.95cm in the anterior aspect of the endometrium was found,my uterus is retroflexed . My GYN wants me to have hydro-saline hystogram---is it necessary for infertility reasons I read that only 0.6% of polyps are cancer---is it realy needed--your view in this matter is greatly appriciated sarah. ?? ??

Rofee; thank you for your promt response, 1)the name of the procedure that my GYN wants me to have is Saline-Sono-Hystogram(and not what I wrote before---if it is not necessary for Fertility reasons I won't do it --so is it. 2)What specific tests would you recommend to diagnose Fallopian tube blockage? Hysterosalpingography?? 3)Is the poly related to infertility?--my periods are very regular q 28 days. Thank you in advance sarah .,
