prenatal - nausea

Dear Dr. Zabari, I began taking prenatal from the 7th week, 4 weeks ago. My nausea had gotten worse and I vomit after 20-30 minutes. Do I loose the folic acid? I still have very yellow colored urine after that. Should I change the medicine? Thank you for your advice.
