the wedding crasher

Dear DR sade I am in your treatment from 2004. My case was very funny cause it happened just in weeding AND it was very very strong reaction to many thingies that happened to me in the same time like food drinks AND dancing Last time that we met was after I had a strong allergy affect on me that had happened in a weddings. Since the last time I had almost no reaction to anything AND no symptom that I can say anything about them . I am now living in the USA for a year AND a half in New York City. in the last week I had move to Miami AND that is the Rison that I need your help . Since I came here a week ago I feel like the first days that I discovered that I am an allergic person , when I was in new York I had not even one problem with my allergy but once I step out of the plain in Florida I have many problem with my allergy , I snooze a lot ( apchi ) like every tow minute , I have reaction on my skin AND I am breathless . I am using the pills that you order me to use: Telfast 180 mg 3 times a day AND still I am not filling good at all . After I am taking the pill I have a half an hour of relief AND then it is all again going bad. I am thinking to move my life here to Miami AND now I am not so shore that my allergy will leave me alone. I have to know if there is anything that I can do that will help me solve that reaction to the change in the places. I must say that living in the cold weather of the east coast in the USA was helping me but I am not a doctor AND it is something that will affect my decision about the feature here , I don’t want to find myself living in a place that will send me to the ER time after time . אני זוכר את המקרה שלך היטב ואני שמח שמצבך השתפר אין ספק שההחמרה כעת עם המעבר למיאמי מעידה עד כמה משפיעה האלרגיה עלייך. יש הבדל עצום כפי ששמת לב בעצמך לתנאים בניויורק לאלו שבמיאמי ובעיקר מבחינתך זה בא לידי ביטוי בפריחת האבקנים - אין כל פריחה שהיא בניויורק כעת ואילו במיאמי האביב הוא כמעט ניצחי... ייתכן ותתרגל עם הזמן אך ייתכן גם שתמשיך לסבול , רק העתיד יגיד ... 3 פעמים טלפסט ביום אחד נחשב למינון גבוה מאד שאינו מקובל אלא אם אין כל ברירה אחרת. ממליץ שתפנה לאלרגולוג מקומי ותקבל ממנו הדרכה ומרשמים גם לתרופות אחרות כמו למשל משאפים לאף תרופות נוגדות גודש ועוד... שים לב שעצם היותך כעת שו בהתקף אלרגי מתמשך חושף אותך עוד יותר לסכנת התקפים מססוכנים עקב חשיפה למזון.
