Hello Aryeth, Nussidex is an appropriate treatment for bucked nose. According to the doctor's leaflet, it depends on your son's age. If he is under 6 years old you can't give him Nussidex without a doctor's prescription. If he is between 6-12 years old you can give him one tablet a day. If he's older than 12 he can take 1-2 tablets twice a day. It's recommended to take this medicine before bedtime due to it's sleepiness effect. Sincerely, elias
