itching and aggitation

hello i have had what first seemed to be a fungal infection on my penis area for over 2 months. i went to a doctor she gave me lots of anti fungal cream that hasnt helped. every time i have sex it flares up . i think it has to do with a previous incident of an elergic reaction to sea mites in australia when all my body was covered with big red spots and i feel that my genital area has never being the same since (the color is more red and i think the skin around my balls has gotten smaller) i dont know if this description is enough fr you to give some kind of diagnosis but i would appreaciate any advice and theories about a connection between these two wvets. thanks y

hi actually it is rather hard to define here what you really have and what you have not as it seems you have some kind of allergic may be contact reaction - but i am not sure what it is because it is because i have not been able to see it/ furthermore - of caurse cjlamydia and trichomonal infection as well as other infections should be ruled out. have you been visiting a doctor here? what are the lab results?
