Travel insurance

My mom is 77 years old AND is due to travel to London AND Italy for a month. She suffers from high B.P. which is however under control. Please advise what insurance she should take out AND where? IS the Meuhedet Travel Insurance sufficient? I have heard that some of the policies do not cover anything that can G-d forbid result from an existing illness. Please Advise. Thanks
