tripel finger וסכרת נעורים

אני בן 31 וחולה סכרת נעורים... בזמן האחרון "נתפסות" לי האצבעות ובעבר אף ניתחתי שתי אצבעות...נאמר לי שמצב זה נקרא tripel finger? האם יש קשר לסכרת נעורים? ממה מצב זה נובע והאם בעקבות הניתוח התופעה תיעלם?

They can swell or enlarge and then cannot pass through the channels in the fingers specifically designed for them. It is like a tube that the tendon passes through. Trigger finger allows the tendon to move through the channel, but binds on the return. Characterized by soreness in the joint and the finger actually locking into a position that may or may not require external force to return to normal. It can be quite painful I had trigger finger surgery done on the middle and ring finger of my left hand.. The channel was opened up and the tendons no longer bind in the channel. that was about four years ago and I have had no problems since. I have been type 1 for over 28 years - diagnosed in 1974 and am in the process of obtaining my first pump (June/July timeframe). אריק, אני לא מכיר מצב זה, אבל לפני התגלות הסוכרת היו לי התכווצוית של שרירים, בעיקר בלילה, ובעיקר בשוקי הרגליים. לא יודע להוסיף. מצטער. לא מכיר את הניתוח שעברת. מאיר

אני בן 39 נותחתי לפני כשנתיים באצבע בעקבות trigger finger ניתוח פשוט שהעלים את התופעה. לפני שנה חליתי בסכרת נעורים לא יודע אם יש קשר בין המקרים.

גם אני חולה סכרת כבר למעלה משלושים וחמש שנים ולקיתי בתופעה הזו למען האמת בערך כשהייתי בן 30 . נותחתי בכל האצבעות בשתי הידיים ומאז התופעה נעלמה בנוסף נותחתי גם בשורש כף היד בשל תופעה דומה של גידים התפוסים בתוך המעטפת שלהם בדרך כלל התופעה מופיעה אצל אנשים שעושים שימוש מרובה עם האצבעות כמו פסנתרנים למשל. לא זוכר שנאמר לי בזמנו שזה קשור לסכרת מה גם שפגשתי עוד אנשים שעברו ניתוחים דומים והם אינם לוקים בסכרת. בכל מקרה זהו ניתוח קל יחסית, ההחלמה ממנו קלה ואין שום תופעות לואי מיוחדות בקיצור היה ונשכח. בהצלחה
