Vasculary surgery

Hi, Sorry - I cannot type in Hebrew on my computer . My father was recommmended to have a vascular surgery on his legs ( he has leg pains when he walks and has to rest every couple of minutes)Do you know what types of surgery are available in Israel and what are the best places in Gush Dan area to have this operation .When do you need to have it- is it usually for preventitng leg pains or possiblle heart diseases and strokes?And could you give me a name of a good vascular surgeon because my father went to two surgeons - one recommended to do it and the other didn't! Thanks a lot

Thank you very much for your reply.I know that all surgeons are good but in this case my father has two opinions - one said that he needs an operation and another one that he doesn't need one. So he wants to get an additional consultant opinion - do you know any good consultant in this area? Thanks in advance
