muscle problem

I apologize for writing in english since I'm abroad. Yesterday I felt somthing in my left hand muscle, like a very small rock sticking out from the tissue. I went to see a doctor today who said to me that it's nothing to worry about, and if it grows I should see a surgeon to remove it. Is it really safe to let it stay? Can't it damage the muscle itself? From your general knowledge, is cutting thorugh the tissue the only option to take it out? (can't laser be used?) how much time, give or take, does it take to heal? Thanks in advance...

hello Tzahi i can't understand exactly the problem it seems like a lump that should be operated and taken for pathological exam. probably its no danger but you should plan to do it in the near future
