Hemoroides

4months ago i did a surgery to remove the hemoroides i had inside AND outside the rectum. I´ve been already 6 times at the surgoun office for a checkup AND he said that everything is fine. The problem is that since the surgery the outside hemoroides looks AND feel bigger than before the surgery. the Dr. says it will pass but i find it hard to believe since i´ve read in many articles on the net that the healing period is much shorter AND the at the end of the healing process there are not suppose to be any hemoroides lef around the rectum. please advice, I´m at the moment outside israel AND i´m not suppose to come back till next year. Do you believe i should come back AND do the surgery again? OR is there something else i could do.

יש גם כאבים לא ממש חזקים וגם לפעמים דימום ממקום אחד (מאחד הטחורים בקצה התחתון של הרקטום) שאלתי היא האם ה"קפלים" האלו יעלמו? אם כן, תוך כמה זמן? ואם לא האם עלי לעבור את הניתוח בשנית או האם יש דרך אחרת ל"העלים" אותם? נ.ב. ביקרתי אצל רופא מקומי (איני נמצא בארץ כרגע) והוא רשם לי משחה ונרות נגד טחורים.
