chest ingrown hair?

hello, my name is yossi and i'm 22 yrs old. since i can remember i had little pimples on my chest,to be accurate the area below my chest and above my belly. the pimples has black had, some of them are visible and some of the black heads are realy deep under. if i squeeze some of them a pus will come out with a hair or couple of hairs curled up. have you ever saw anything like this? is there a treatment? p.s when i was little there was much more, I added a picture. https://picasaweb.google.com/valensi/Downloads?authkey=Gv1sRgCO26m-K04evCsAE&feat=directlink

I don't think its acne since i don't have any pimples on my face.. anyway can you suggeset a treatment that does not requires meeting? it will be at least one year untill i will go back to israel.
