contraction in week 30+2days

hi i would like to ask what is the policy in israel I am in week 30. 3 days ago I was in hospital because I felt contraction. the monitor showed that I do have' but very light ones. so they sand me home. they done a test that can predict if I am going to deliver in the next few weeks, AND it came negative. I steel feel contraction specially if I am walking a little beat.my other son was born in week 35 , AND my sugar blood is sometimes high after meals 140-150, some time normal. I do not get treatment for it but the 3 hour test didn't had good result after the 2ed hour it was 200 . I had to drink 100ml of glucose. the 3ed h was back to normal. what would you suggest me to do thx tal

keep diet as if you are diabetic, to keep glucose less than 130 at 1 hour after meal. Rest at home AND do minitoring for contractions 2-3 times a week, OR in any problem, I think your doctor should manage the followup, not me through the internet/
