Cesarean Section

I am pregnant AND wondering whether to do a cesarean OR try a natural delivery. My previous delivery started normal AND after about 10 hours AND 8-9 cm. opening, ended in a cesarean sexion due to baby's distress. I am 36 year old AND the first delivery was 5.5 years ago. What are the chances to end up in an emergency section? what are the chances to have problems AND what is the approach in Israel? Thank you
