Carpel tunnels.....

My friend, (32 yr. Old male) Have a (long lasting) problems of Carpel tunnel (Shocks in the right hand wrist) He think there might be a connection to the digestive system. (since he feels “explosions in his stomach before it starting) Any ideas?? Any advice will be welcome. What can he do to make it easier??? Thanks
