Blood in toilet

Hi. I have a serious problem. I'm currently abroad (that's why I write in English), and about a week ago I saw some blood in the toilet (in the 'Tzoa'). It was only a small amount, and I thought it'll pass, but for the last 2-3 days I have alot of blood , and frequent visits to the toilets. After each time I feel very week and preferably have lo lie down. Yesturday I had about 3 beers (usually not a big problem for me), but I felt very sick afterwards, and I still feel so this morning. I'm coming back to Israel in about a week, can I wait here without seeing a doctor here? should I take some medication?? Please help!!

But... do you have any idea what it can be? or how dengerous it may be? I don't have a doctor here, and it will be very complicated and expensive to find one here I must say that I feel very week today, I'm not sure if it has something to do with the drinks last night or not, but the good news is that there was less blood today in comparisson to yesturday, although it is still quite a big amount. P.S. I can read in hebrew without a problem, just can't write in Hebrew... :-)

I will try to answer in english there can be some reasons for fresh blood in the toilet. fresh blood means that blood is originating near the anus means the rectum or sigmoid. The most frequent reason is hemorrhoids, but it is usally painful and have no systemic symtoms.
