heart Echo

hi my husband (34) had a cardiac echo (he has heart murmur since he was a baby) AND it showed a mild aortic root dilation which the doctor said it's not dangerous AND she wants him to repeat it in 6-12 months from now. we wanted to know if this symptom forces any restriction on exercise AND max allowed blood pressure AND also if it requires more care of blood pressure is it related to the heart murmur?
