low fever

is low fever (37-38) fo over a week , without any other symptoms is a mather for other investigation than bllod/stool test that were fine? (can read hebrew)

beside head/muscle pains out of the fever all is well. should i just wait till fever is gone? no need for further invastigatios?it is over a week now. thank you for your answer. Oren
