joint pain

Dear Dr,i`m sorry i`m writing in english,you can answer me in ivrit if you like i understand.My problem is that for the past few days i have woken up with really bad joint pains in my hands wrists,legs,i find it difficult to move my hands and legs and to drive because i can`t hold the driving wheel because the pain is bad and i feel so stiff. Why is this i am 33 years old i have never had this before.
