pain in the lower leg - calf

Hello, already few days i have a pain in my calf sometimes heat and it worsens when i sit for long periods. A freind told me it might be because of blood vessels, and that i have to araise my legs while sleeping can u help me to have an idea what is this and where to turn to??? thanks

it could be a problem of veins, or you could be suffering from muscle cramps/ go to your family doctor for an examination and he'll decide where to refer you if at all.
