Allergy

My two years son has red spots all over legs that feel warm whem you touch them AND are scratchy. also temp last three days. The doctor said he has an alergic reaction to something (we were camping few days ago, so she suggested it was from this) AND a virus which caused the temp AND some spots on tummy. so his got two things going on the same time. I put some bach rescue cream on the spots which help. any other ways to ease the scratches. how can i know what caused the allergy: food? bites? Toda
