hair

i shaved my head with a shaving machine 2 months ago. since then part of my hair grown very slowly . part of the hair has grown normal but part of it is very short AND hard like beard hair. is it normal? why did it happend? thank u

URI I think it just your feeling, because shaving actually sharpens the hair making it to be thicken AND more rude after that.
